Do you only have technical drafts or the old part as a reference? Not a problem! We create all castings using 3D CAD, but that does not mean you have to provide CAD data in your order. We can work just as well from technical drawings or hand-drawn drafts as we can from an existing casting, from which we will then reverse engineer the 3D CAD data. If necessary, our experienced engineers will even design and optimize blanks according to your specifications.
You can't rule out last-minute changes to your casting design? We have a solution for that very scenario: DIREKT FORMING requires only virtual pattern data, which can be corrected with no trouble at all. Changes to the contour and casting system can even be made while the mould is being machined without greater costs.
