Using DIREKT FORMING technology, moulds, cores and cavities can be precisely machined out of the mould material to tenths of a millimetre precision. That avoids the specific problems involved in removing a pattern from the mould. Complex contours can be produced without additional divisions. Even the manufacture of moulds for complex castings becomes easier and more cost effective.
